I had a long shower, which I badly needed, not that I smelt, more that my muscles ached from yesterday's walking. I then went to Bramber House for some breakfast; as I was wearing my Hebrew University T-shirt I felt vaguely uncomfortable about eating bacon and sausages.
Keeping kashrut for the morning I had a chat with Pam. She is such a lovely lady, I really like her. On comparing sleep experiences it seems we all keep on being woken up by the gulls or other students. It also turns out that I am the only one to have a comfy bed. Pam says her mattress was like a waffle. Kirsten commented that since she hurt her back (she herniated five discs apparently, ouch) she has been a bit like the princess in 'The Princess and the Pea'.
I have signed up for am optional tutorial about physics tonight, and one for tomorrow which should tie in with the Mallorca residential (SXR208) that I have planned for next year. I'm off to the lab in a bit, it's Activity D today, which is radiation and plants. It should be good.
