12.15pm. What started off feeling like a fairly interesting research poster with oodles of time to complete it (the deadline is 5pm) is rapidly becoming an albatross around our necks, and the clock is ticking away. I suspect other groups are in an identical situation, that they are all typing away or Googling or using scirus.com (a very handy scientific paper search engine), but nobody seems to be actually producing anything yet.
Something odd happened with Kirsten today. Earlier in the week she said that she had herniated 5 discs in her back, but yesterday I heard her tell our group tutor that it was 3. Odd that she would get this wrong, I can't believe that she'd make something like this up, so I guess she was tired and simply got it wrong. Or maybe I did, I am running off caffeine drinks at the moment!
