Just been to Bramber House for breakfast. Avoided the fatty looking bacon and the sausages, had scrambled egg, hash browns, mushrooms, grilled tomato and a vegetarian sausage. So much for attempting healthy eating or virtuousness; the vegetarian sausage was rather cardboard in both taste and texture.
Caught up with some of the ladies from last night, all of whom did the same as me and stayed in. They also agree that our group tutor is definitely on the eccentric side. Off to catch the coach in a minute, I am praying for cool or cold weather today especially having to lug a rucksack around. If the weather is warm I could be baking by mid morning.
On the way back from breakfast I caught up with Robin, who is partially deaf. He is a pleasant chap, quiet, unassuming, clearly very intelligent. I feel for him today though, with the sound of the wind and water it could be difficult for him to follow what is happening. No sign of any hangovers this morning which surprises me.
